"Terrible product, unreliable, unsafe"
Forget the reviews about the customer service below... the watch itself is next to useless and given you are trusting it for safety if it doesnt work your trust is misplaced. Doesn't track accurately (even when at home its showing as being blocks away, chews through battery life, the connection is extremely intermittent so much so we can't call or have our son call us with any reliability. We are in a good coverage area as well. We have had it about a week. Just a terrible device and wouldn't want anyone else to waste money on this. Do not buy.

"Customer service"
Purchased a brand new Moochies watch for my daughter for Christmas and had issues with registering the sim. Reached out to the customer service for assistance in how to get this fixed and Ari has been so lovely in assisting with the steps on how to get my issue rectified and always so prompt with email responses.

"no response from customer service mails"
I have been trying to resolve an issue between the old app version, connecting the new app version and connecting my phone to the watch. I have been chasing customer service since December 29th and to date (10th January) I have had one reply.. this reply instructed to let them know if I needed them to raise the QR code on the device again, which I do.... I cannot get a response... after multiple mails and reminders asking for a response.

Very, very disappointed in 24/7/365 customer service here.

"Nothing but trouble! Lower the monthly cost! Not worth the price at all!"
Brought our daughter a Moochies Odyssey watch for her birthday today. Setup was extremely frustrating it took me hours and hours of errors and issues not connecting before I managed to somehow connect it all properly. Once she opened it this morning on her birthday the errors and issues just kept on coming! It has a mind of its own, the touch screen only works 50% of the time. Constantly needing to restart the watch to get off the screen (mostly when in messages screen) so that we can get out of it and back to the home screen. The games application is there yet when you touch on both of the two available games icons, nothing happens. In messages there is no emojis and no stickers available when you select either option. It won’t call from the watch to anyone in the approved contacts list except for the administrator and I have made sure there is no prefix or any spaces like all the troubleshooting options on the internet suggest. There is no phone number to call and for something that claims to be 24/7 support that’s an absolute load of rubbish when it takes forever to get a reply! One very upset birthday girl! Should never have brought this cheap rubbish! Extremely expensive ongoing monthly cost for what you get and the issues you have! Definitely NOT good value for money!!! If I don’t get prompt help or responses I will be taking it to the ombudsman!

Thank goodness for Jade this morning. After days of messaging backwards and forwards she got the issue sorted! Was trying to link up the 2nd Moochie watch for the second foster child and within minutes of trying her advice it is sorted. Cant thank you enough Jade!

I emailed Moochies for support when I couldn't work out how to link my husbands phone to our daughters watch.
Jade replied with very detailed instructions which helped me to get our issue sorted straight away with just one email. I'm so happy with the customer service that has been provided and I'll definitely be recommending you. Thanks for making life easy Jade!!

"DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!"
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! cheap,nasty,faulty rubbish.. no contact numbers to speak to anyone.,
Bought the connect model from currys for Xmas present , -faulty/ dead and won’t charge at all; had to return and wait for refund- bought another giving them benefit of the doubt and the second item riddled with faults,at this point my child still without his Xmas present and spending hours contacting by email due to no actual contact numbers to speak to Moochies! Also currys have washed their hands as these items are DROPSHIPPED ONLY via their website meaning you are not buying from currys!!!! Awaiting a call from manager to get a full refund and buy a watch that actually works,
(please don’t waste your time/efforts or money)

"Watch constantly breaking down so i…"
Watch constantly breaking down so i decided to cancel my plan. Still waiting for moochies to get back to me after writing several emails to cancel my plan and nobody replies!!! plus i was double charged for several months in 2021 and 2022. I keep emailing begging them to cancel my plan but they just ignore. If they keep charging me i have no choice but to take them to court. Im beyond upset and disgusted with this company.
