I bought a watch from Moochies for my son, and overall I’ve been happy with it. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but it feels better made than I thought it would.
It’s already been dropped a few times and knocked around at the playground, and so far it’s held up well. The strap is still in good shape too, though I do still wonder how it’ll look after a few more months of everyday use.
The battery and screen have been fine so far, which is a relief. I do have mixed feelings just because kids’ watches can be a bit hit or miss, but for the price, I think it’s been good value and I’d probably buy again

I was surprised by how quick the setup was. The app is simple to figure out, and so far it just does what it’s supposed to without any hassle.

Setup was straightforward. I mean, as long as you follow the basic steps and use a bit of common sense, it activates quickly and doesn’t really give you any trouble

I wasn’t expecting much, but the battery has been really solid. I charged it in the morning, used it on and off all day, messages, scrolling, a bit of everything, and then later I realized I still wasn’t hunting for a charger, which is usually my whole evening routine. So yeah, the battery life is genuinely good

I got this for my son, mostly so I could check where he is after school without constantly texting him. The GPS has been really accurate most of the time, down to the right block or side of the school area, which I notice because I’m always zooming in and checking the little location dot. It updates quickly too, usually within a few seconds. It’s not perfect every single moment, but for everyday peace of mind, it’s better than I expected.

At first, I thought the subscription was going to be fine, but after using it for a bit, it just didn’t feel worth the price to me. The billing was kind of unclear, the way the charges showed up made me assume there might be some hidden upsells or something, even if that wasn’t the case. Canceling also felt more annoying than it needed to be. Overall, I just didn’t feel great about paying for it.

Customer service did get back to me, but it was slow compared to what I expected. They ended up answering my question and fixing things in the end, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked

I’ve been using Moochies for my kid, and to be fair, the network coverage has been really good so far. It connects fine at school, at home, and when we’re out and about. There was one little signal drop, which was a bit annoying, but it came back quickly so I can’t complain too much. Calls go through easily and the app updates okay. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I got this for my kid, and it’s fine when it actually works. But the calls drop or just don’t go through way more than I expected. And then sometimes the messages come in late, which is annoying because the whole point was to stay in touch. It’s not totally useless or anything, I mean we’ve used it, but I don’t feel like I can really count on it when it matters

I ordered a watch for my son and it got here quick overall, just one day later than the first delivery estimate. Tracking was easy enough to follow, so no big deal there. The box was fine too, nothing special or fancy, but it did the job.
I had to message them about returns since the strap size wasn’t right. Support got back to me the next day and explained it in a simple way, which was nice. Warranty details were clear as well. Not totally perfect, but yeah, I’d probably order from them again...
